Hydrological mass-balance output

Since OGGM 1.5, a new task called run_with_hydro adds mass-balance and runoff diagnostics to the OGGM output files.

We are in the process of reworking this tutorial for advanced use cases, but in the meantime we recommend to have a look at the two very nice OGGM-Edu tutorials:

• Glaciers as water resources: part 1 (idealized climate)

• Glaciers as water resources: part 2 (projections)

They demonstrate the capabilities quite well.
